Efrat Monsonego-Ornan has completed her PhD. At the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and postdoctoral studies in Weizmann institute in Israel. She is a professor at the department of Biochemistry and nutrition, and more than 40 papers in reputed journals and serving as an editorial board member of PlosOne.
