Biography

Dr. Zhang Xiaorong, a Professor, tutor of doctoral students in Anhui Agriculture University, the main research field is the animal reproduction-breeding and embryo biotechnology; became an academic and technological leader in Anhui province in 2008, Anhui provincial 115 industrial innovation team—Dairy Biotechnology Research team leader in 2007,chief expert of Anhui provincial modern beef cattle industry technology system in 2010; received Special government allowances of the State Council in 2004, was awarded Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science and Technology Contribution Award(Distinguished Personality Award) of the 60th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China in 2009; has completed over 40 national and provincial key research projects, made more than 30 scientific and technological achievements and patents, won 12 prizes including first prize of Anhui Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress Award, published more 210 acadmic theses and writed 11works or texbooksï¼›and also serves as Chairman of Anhui provincial cattle and Sheep Industry Association and the director of the Anhui Provincial Herbivorous Livestock Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance.
