Biography

Dr Ying Wang has received his PhD in Chemical Engineering, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanjing University, Nanjing, China. Currently, she is working as Professor of the Nanjing University, Department of Chemical Engineering.

Research Intrest

Her research interest is focused on understanding the surface/interface interactions between inorganic-inorganic materials, inorganic-organic materials and biomolecule- inorganic materials. This work involves in the developing and exploiting semiconductor photocatalysts with visible light activity to decompose pollutants in environment; developing and exploiting the effective and low cost solar cell photocatalysis nanomaterial for the utilization of renewable energy; developing novel fluorescent chemosensor and hybrid mesoporous materials for recognition inorganic ions and/or enrich biomolecule. She has published 126 papers in journals and 18 patents.
