Biography

Dr. Teja Reddy Vakamalla is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering in PDPU, Gandhinagar. He specialized in the area of CFD in mineral processing. During PhD he worked for 3 different industrial projects (TATA Steel, Tega Industries and NMDC) apart from a DST project. His research out come is visible in terms his publications in internationally reputed peer reviewed journals (8) and conference proceedings (16). His research focus is more inclined towards solving the industrial comminution and classification problems by using CFD, DEM techniques. Currently he is the reviewer of Separation and Purification Technology, Powder Technology and Physicochemical Problem of Mineral Processing.
