Biography

Mohamed-Hédi CHARKI is an Associate Professor at EDHEC Business School where he teaches Information Systems (IS). He holds a Ph.D in Management Science from Paris IX Dauphine University. His research interests revolve around social media @ work, social networks and employee performance. He believes in the academic research that is relevant to both business and theory. He has published in academic journals such as Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems and Systèmes d’Information & Management and presented his work in conferences such as the Academy of Management conference. He has published in practice oriented outlets such as MIT Sloan Management Review and les Echos. He received the award of outstanding academic visiting scholar at Sam M. Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas.
