Dr. Fang is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Environmental & Occupational Health in the School of Public Health at Rutgers University. She obtained her M.D. in Clinical Medicine in 1987 and a M.S. in Pathology in 1990 from Norman Bethune Medical School at Jilin University in China. She received her Ph.D. in Toxicology from Seoul National University of South Korea in 2000, as well as post-doctoral training in School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in 2004. Recently (2014), she is recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (D.A.B.T.).
