Biography

Madhumita has done her Ph.D from Mumbai University and currently working as Assistant professor in Homi Bhabha National Institute. She has won many awards and recognitions during her period.

Research Intrest

Development of glass and glass-ceramics for sealing, elecronics, optical, biomedical and various technological applications, Developmnet glass/glass ceramics based Li-super ionic conductor for Li-Air rechargeable battery, Development of machineable MAS glass-ceramic for use in high voltage and high vacuum systems, Preparation of sealing grade lithium zinc silicate glass-ceramics for high vacuum application, Preparation and characterization P2O5 / SiO2 based glass & glass-ceramics for high temperature application and possible use in Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC).
