Biography

Ma Librada C Chu is an Assistant Professor in Agricultural and Biological Engineering at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has received her Ph.D. in Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater and M.S. degree in Hydrology and Water Resources from UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education, Delft, The Netherlands. Her research area includes Soil and Water Resources Engineering.
