Biography

"Ian Coulter, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Division of Public Health & Community Dentistry at the UCLA School of Dentistry. Dr. Coulter is a medical sociologist who also holds a cross appointment with the RAND Corporation where he is a Senior Health Policy Researcher and holds the endowed RAND/Samueli Chair in Integrative Medicine. His interests in oral health include oral health of children and HIV and oral health."
