Biography

He obtained his education in (1990-1995) Ph. D. in Iowa State University and (1986-1988)Master degree of National Taiwan University and (1982-1986) Bachelor degree of National Taiwan University. Currently he works as a Professor in National Dong-Hwa University from 2006-to date.

Research Intrest

High pressure FTIR spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy, molecular electronic spectroscopy, energy and electron transfer mechanism.
