Biography
Gheorghe is Graduate of Faculty of Biology-Biochemistry - Bucharest, as head of the class in 1972. He defended his Ph.D. dissertation in enzymology, 1984. Several specializations in molecular biology, genetic engineering, biotechnology, food design, food safety, human nutrition, dieto-prevention, diet-therapy at: Institute for Genetics Engineering and Biotechnology (IGB)
