He holds a master’s degree in Nursing Administration from University of the Philippines and currently completing his dissertation in doctoral degree in Management at DeLa Salle Araneta University. He teaches Nursing Management and Leadership and nursing Research subjects at NU. He taught in graduate studies in Nursing Administration and worked as research assistant in clinical drug trials prior his current post. His research interest is nursing leadership and management and patient safety.
