Biography

Dr. Mascha has led Biostatistical collaboration and research methodology for the Cleveland Clinic’s Anesthesiology Institute since 2005 and has over 25 years of experience as collaborative Biostatistician in perioperative medicine and various disease areas. His interests include design and monitoring of clinical trials, causal inference, inference on multiple correlated outcomes, mediation analysis, and complex equivalence and noninferiority designs.

Design of experiments; joint hypothesis testing; analysis of multiple outcomes; causal inference; mediation analysis; individualized treatment effects; methods for analyzing correlated data; mixed effects modelling;
