Biography

Dar-Fu Tai completed his Ph.D., University of Pittsburg 1985. He is a Professor at National Dong-Hwa University 1996-present.

Research Intrest

Development of Artificial Enzymes, Surface Imprinting of Artificial Receptor on Chips for the Detection of Virus, Proteins, Peptides, and Small Molecules, Asymmetric Synthesis Using Molecular Imprinted Polymer as the Auxiliary, Understanding the Molecular Mechanisms Underlying the Formation of Supermolecules between Taste Receptor and Artificial Sweeteners, Peptide Related Drug Design and Synthesis, Discrimination of Human Plasma Proteins for Proteomic Research.
