Biography

As an epidemiologist and public health physician, Professor Anne-Louise Ponsonby is interested in the broader aspects of public health and preventative medicine. Her work aims to provide new knowledge to assist public health guidelines and policy to achieve reduction in disease burden at the population level. She is also involved with Multiple Sclerosis Australia as an ongoing consultant with regard to health education and promotion activities; a national media spokesperson.
