Further he was appointed as Acting Principal, Northern Cape High School, Kimberley from August 2003 to December 2004 & the Deputy Principal from July 1997 to July 2003. He served Northern Cape High School, Kimberley as Head of Department from January 1995 to June 1997. Currently he lecturer in University of Pretoria, South Africa.
His research area are Distributed Leadership; School Management and Leadership & his field of expertise School Management and Leadership; Human Resource Management in Schools; Financial Management in Schools and Education Law.
