Biography

Lynne Gayler serves as Executive Vice President of Home Health for Evolution Health focusing on home care strategy and clinical operations. Gayler is a respected and recognized home health leader known for effective development and implementation of home health programs. Her vast healthcare experience and business acumen has contributed to her successful career. Gayler has more than 30 years of healthcare experience. After beginning her career as an ICU/ER nurse, she went on to serve as a Catastrophic Medical Case Manager. She also specialized in the care of AIDS patients, trauma patients and high-risk infants. Gayler later joined the home health industry, serving in the field, then as a supervisor and administrator. Gayler co-founded Gem City Home Care in 2001. From 2001-2010, Gayler served as Operations Administrator for the home care agency. She went on to serve as Vice President of Clinical Service for Evolution Health. She quickly developed as a home care leader with Evolution Health serving as Senior Vice President of Home Health Strategies and President of the South Region prior to becoming Executive Vice President. She attended Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, California and received her nursing diploma from Los Angeles County School of Nursing in Los Angeles, CA.
