Kelly started her medical transcription career as an intern in the physical therapy department during college. Working for the Tom Landry Center, she was responsible for transcribing all daily notes for the aquatic therapy patients. This careened into a job working for a company that performed peer reviews and Worker’s Compensation claims. Married in 1995 and eager to start a family, she lucked into a position with a transcription company in Dallas and began transcribing at home for numerous physicians in various medical disciplines. Gaining knowledge and experience while working for AM Transcription, she discovered the possibilities of owning her own company.  With her husband working directly beside her, Line by Line was created. Family owned and operated, Kelly and Kevin built Line by Line into what it is today. Having set the transcription itself aside, she owns, operates and caters to the needs of her employees and her clients. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and is married with three children. An accomplished, four-year All-American swimmer, she lives in Arizona and still loves to swim, bike, hike, ski and spend time with her family.
