Biography

Dr. Russell Lawrence Bell works as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology and Critical Care at The University of Pennsylvania Health System. He received his B.S. (Biology) from University of Alabama at Birmingham, 1997 and M.D. (Medicine) from Georgetown University Medical School, 2006 training (Fellows Course).
