He founded and served as Managing Director of Integrated Cardiovascular Therapeutics ICT, Woodbury, NY. Dr. Hershman earned his MD degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He is also recognized as a successful entrepreneur, and has been involved in life science investing, evaluation and consulting. He currently serves on the boards of several companies including TheraVitae, Inc., InMotion, Inc. and Optivasive Ltd., as well as serving as an advisor to Life Sciences Opportunities Fund, LP, a $100 million,a late-stage life science venture capital company.
