He is a graduate of the Omsk State Medical Academy. He was trained in residency on a specialty of Pathological anatomy. His medical practice has begun in 1998. In 1998, Dr. Grinevych passed his initial certification on the specialty of pathological anatomy at the Department of pathological anatomy in the Omsk State Medical Academy. The last certification on this specialty was completed at the Moscow Medical Academy I.M. Sechenov in the year 2014. Doctor has a perfect knowledge of the morphological diagnostic methods in tumors and tumor-like lesions of various locations, including in-depth specialization in the field of bone tumor diagnosis, urological and gynecological pathology, as well as lung and gastrointestinal tract tumors. From 2012 to 2016 he was a principal investigator in Epidemiological program for HER2 status screening in patients with metastatic and/or advanced gastric adenocarcinoma and/or esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma.  Since 2011, he has an experience of successful management of Pathological Anatomy Unit at the Moscow Oncology Hospital. He is an author of more than 60 publications in specialized medical journals.  President of Association of oncopathologists - the interregional public organization 2015.
