Born in Kibbutz Carmia. PhD from Tel Aviv University, Post-PhD from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Resides in Nof-Yam, married with three sons. Dr. Naishtat Bornstein is working in Rakuto Kasei LTD Israel since its very beginning. She is the content and language editor of the group’s publications and Rakuto Kasei’s food advisor. On top of these, she is leading special projects in which Rakuto Kasei is contributing to weakened groups in the Israeli society, such as physically disabled and youngters from lower socio-economically classes.
