She had many exciting opportunities while attending veterinary school. One of the highlights of her veterinary training was when she participated in a research project where she helped to capture and tag wild dolphins off the coast of North Carolina. She also participated in one of the first established veterinary MASH units for animal hurricane victims. she also dabbled in the showing and breeding of Whippets. After graduation, she returned to Maine where she worked as an associate veterinarian for 6 years. she realized her dream to be back in the Poland community with the purchase of Poland Animal Hospital in July 2007. she prides herself on being a primary care veterinarian and is honored to serve the Poland community. Her goal is to provide excellent patient care with a personal and hometown touch.
