urrently Vladimir is a Professor of the leading national university – Belarusian State University, Faculty of Economics. From 1996 to 2014 he held position of Deputy Chairman of Belarusbank (www.belarusbank.by), the largest bank in the country, where he was responsible for international cooperation, projects finance, attraction of external credit lines & investments, as well as supervised the IT of the bank. Prior to that from 1990 Vladimir was a member of the Supreme Council (lower chamber of parliament) and Secretary (head) of Industry, Energy, Transport & Communications Committee there.
