Vladimir KonstantinovichRadostovets, a well-known Kazakhstan scholar, Doctor of Science, Economics, professor, honoured worker of science and technology of the Republic of Kazakhstan, honorary member of Kazakhstan Chamber of Auditors, within 36 years of his life devoted to the Kazakhstan State Academy of Management (Almatinskiy national economy institute), within 26 years he was the Chairman of the Accounting department, during 12 years he was the Dean of the Accounting& Economics Faculty, during 10 years he was in charge of Ph.D. Conference Academy Counsel. Under his supervision 52 Ph.D. theses and 6 doctoral theses were prepared and maintained. The contribution of Vladimir Konstantinovich to economic science were 370 publications, 35 manuals, 62 practical guides, 189 research articles, key participation in the development of first Kazakhstan laws “On Auditing Activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan†and “On Accounting and Financial Reportingâ€, Kazakhstan Accounting Standards.
