Biography

 Mr. Valery Isaakovich Grayfer served as the General Director of OAO RITEK from 1992 to 2009. Mr. Grayfer served as the General Director of OAO Nazymgeodobycha from 2006 to 2007. From 1985 to 1990, he served as Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Soviet Union in charge of the Chief Tyumen Production Division for the oil and gas industry. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of RITEK since 2010. He serves as Chairman of OAO Lukoil at LUKOIL International Finance B.V. since 2000 and has been its Director since 1996. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of CJSC Ritek-Vnedreniye from 1997 to 2007. Mr. Grayfer graduated from the I.M. Gubkin Moscow Oil institute in 1952, where he earned a Ph.D. degree in Science. He is a professor of the I.M. Gubkin Russsian State University of Oil and Gas.

  Career:   1952 — graduated from the I.M. Gubkin Moscow Petroleum Institute. Candidate of Technical Sciences. Decorated with seven orders, four medals, the Diploma of Merit of the Supreme Council of the Tatar ASSR, Diploma of Merit of the Russian President. Professor of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, Laureate of the Lenin Prize and the RF Government Award. 1985 — Deputy Minister of the Oil Industry of the Soviet Union — Head of the Main Tyumen Production Office for the Oil and Gas Industry. From 1992 till January 12, 2010 — General Director of OAO RITEK.  Since 2000 — Chairman of PJSC LUKOIL Board of Directors. Since 2010 — Chairman of JSC RITEK Board of Directors.​
