He serves as the Principal Executive Officer at Golden State Petro Iom I B plc and Golden State Petro Iom I A plc. He serves as a Consultant of SeaTankers. He serves as the President and Principal Executive Officer of Calpetro Tankers Bahamas I Ltd., Calpetro Tankers Bahamas II Ltd., and Calpetro Tankers Bahamas III Ltd. He serves as President and Principal Executive Officer of CalPetro Tankers IOM Ltd. He has been an Advisor to Greenwich Holdings Ltd. since May 1995. He is involved in a series of other shipping and oil & offshore companies. He served as Vice President of SeaDrill Limited since May 2005. He served as Vice-President of Frontline Ltd., parent company of Golden State Petroleum Transport Corp., and Ship Finance International Limited from November 3, 1997 to March 2008. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Northern Offshore Ltd. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ship Finance International Limited since October 15, 2003. He served as Equity Portfolio Manager of Storebrand ASA from 1987 to 1990 and Chief Executive Officer for the Norwegian Oil Company DNO AS from 1992 to 1995 and also served as its Managing Director since January 1992. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Golar LNG Ltd., from May 2001 to April 2006 and its Vice President from May 2001 to October 5, 2009. He served as President, Acting President and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Norse Energy Corp. ASA (formerly, Northern Oil ASA) and also served as its Chief Executive Officer since May 1, 2003.
