Mr. Zavodnick has served as a director of NovaBay since May 2016. Mr. Zavodnick has served as President, International at ZELTIQ since January 2016. Prior to joining ZELTIQ, Mr. Zavodnick served as President and General Manager of North America at Galderma, having worked there from May 2012 to January 2016. From January 2004 to July 2012, Mr. Zavodnick worked at Alcon, eventually serving as the President of Alcon China and Mongolia. Mr. Zavodnick received a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
