"Deep combined understanding of structure and content within health and pharma data: In Novo Nordisk’s internal IT project for implementing of CDISC SEND, I have during the last 4 years materialised the synergy of my broad set of skills and professional experience, which in short spans the full data chain from the moment of data capture through storage and structure to data consumption during analysis and visualisation within all aspects of our studies. During that period I have developed as Compass, Radar and Glue in the NN SEND organisation: Compass: My starting point is as SME on data content - with a deep understanding of data structure, formatting and processing across the full spectrum. I have been a key person in specifying how Novo Nordisk pursues SEND within the flexible framework of the SENDIG. This happens both on the overall level and in the detail when guiding data managers on the processing of data towards the Novo Nordisk target submission standard for non-clinical eData. Radar: I participate actively in international communities focusing on CDISC SEND: PhUSE and BioCelerate (also IT development), and tries to follow CDISC as close as possible to see what directions SEND will take in the future. Glue: I speak the language of many disciplines in our IT development project/organisation and pick up both apparent consensus and apparent disagreement before it side tracks the project and wastes precious time. "
