Tal is a highly experienced business executive with over 14 years of experience in management positions in Israeli high-tech companies, mainly in the medical device and corporate software segments. He has extensive expertise and an outstanding track record in international sales and marketing and high-level business development. Prior to joining BeamMed in 2007, Tal founded and served as CEO of Mennen Medical Ventures, a private investment company that was spun off from international medical devices company Mennen Medical, where he had been VP Sales and Marketing. Previously, Tal was VP Sales at Top Image Systems and prior to that Director of Government Projects at the company. Earlier, Tal was an Investment Manager at Koor Technologies and worked as a lawyer at the Tel Aviv law firm of I. Gornitzki & Co. Tal holds a BA in Accountancy and a LLB (law), both from Tel Aviv University.
