During his career Steve has carried out a number of management roles including, trainee manager, store manager and regional manager in a variety of well known retail brands including Dolcis, Cable & Co, Nine West and Vision Express. After a successful career at British Shoe Corporation he joined Nine West and played a key role in the role out of the brand into stand alone stores on the high street. Shortly after Joining Vision Express Steve was appointed as the Operations Director for the Joint Venture stores where he oversaw the opening of new stores and the growth in sales and profitability to record levels. He was also operations director for the company owned stores between 2008 and 2010. Steve joined CVS in May 2010 as the Director of Practice Operations; in 2016 he moved into the role of Director of Acquisitions. He has responsibility for all acquisitions in Europe and any greenfield surgery locations within the UK.
