Mr. Langness holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, from Murray State University. He has over eleven (11) years of healthcare staffing experience, and two (2) years of long term care working experience with individuals in residential facilities. As the President of Guardian Angel, Mr. Langness oversees all contracts, and bid preparations. He ensures that Guardian Angel Personnel maintain compliance with each facilities policy and procedures. Mr. Langness also oversees that pertinent employee credentials are maintained and sent to the appropriate designated facility representative. Mr. Langness is responsible for ensuring that billing is completed per contract specifications, and he maintains constant contact with each designated facility representative(s) to ensure their staffing needs are being met in a timely manner. Prior to joining Guardian Angel Staffing Agency, Inc., in 2004, Mr. Langness was a Store Manager for the Kroger Company in Nashville, Tennesseee. Mr. Langness has received many awards throughout his career including, “Leadership Through Diversity.”
