Mr. Rodney Frank Chase, C.B.E., has been a Senior Advisor of Lehman Brothers, both Europe and USA since 2003. Mr. Chase served as Deputy Group Chief Executive of BP PLC since April 2003 and also served as Managing Director since 1992 until April 23, 2003. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of BP Finance International and Group Treasurer of BP PLC since 1986, where he was responsible for acquisition of the Standard Oil Company and Britoil and divestiture of BP's mining interests. He served as an Executive Director of BP PLC until April 23, 2003. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Chase served as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer and President of Exploration, Production, Refining and Marketing. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Exploration and Production and Refining and Marketing segments of BP PLC across three continents, Australasia, Europe and North America. He joined BP in 1964 and served there until April 2003, where he was responsible for the sale of BP Minerals and the acquisition and integration of Sohio, Britoil, Amoco, ARCO, Mobil Europe, Castrol and Veba Oil, together with the disposal of BP's holding in Ruhrgas. He was instrumental in the creation of TNK-BP, BP's Russian business entity. He served at Tesco Corporation. Mr. Chase spent five years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BP America. He has been an Independent Chairman of Genel Enerji A.S (now known as MKMS Enerji A.S.) since June 02, 2011. He served as Non-Executive Chairman of Computer Sciences Corporation from March 19, 2012 to December 15, 2015. He served as Non-Executive Chairman of Vallares PLC. He served as an Independent Chairman of Genel Energy plc (alternate name Genel Energy LTD) from June 2, 2011 to July 12, 2015. He served as Non-Executive Chairman and Director of Petrofac Limited from June 21, 2005 to May 13, 2011. He served as an Interim Chairman of Nalco Holding Co., Nalco Finance Holdings LLC and Nalco Holdings LLC from December 20, 2007 to February 28, 2008. He served as Deputy Chairman of Tesco PLC from March 2004 to July 2, 2010. He served as Deputy Chairman of TNK-BP until May 2004. Mr. Chase has been an Independent Director of Andeavor (Formerly, Tesoro Corporation) since May 3, 2006. He has been an Independent Director at Hess Corporation since May 2013. He serves as a Director of Nalco Finance Holdings LLC, Nalco Holdings LLC and Nalco Company. He serves as Director of Hudsonfield LLC. He served as an Independent Director of Computer Sciences Corporation from 2001 to December 15, 2015. He served as a Director of Tesco Corporation. He served as a Lead Independent Director of Nalco Holding Co. from January 2008 to December 1, 2011 and Nalco Company from 2005 to 2011. He served as Non-Executive Director at The BOC Group Limited. He served as an Independent Director of Nalco Holding Co., from May 5, 2005 to December 1, 2011. He served as a Senior Non-Executive Director of Tesco Plc from July 1, 2002 to July 2, 2010 and served as its Senior Independent Director.
