Regina Caldwell serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Evolution Health. Her organizational development and strategic initiatives contribute to the policy and procedure implementations at Evolution Health. Caldwell started her career with the Envision family in 2003. During her tenure, she has worked with all business segments providing HR support. Caldwell has more than 10 years' experience integrating human resources with the overall business strategy and objectives. She brings expertise in HR policy design and administration, HRIS knowledge, recruiting and retention and mergers and acquisition. Prior to this role, Caldwell served as National Director of Human Resources for Envision Healthcare where she oversaw the national HR function for budget preparation, staffing and turnover analysis and trending to drive employee engagement and retention. Caldwell also held the role of Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Subject Matter Expert for enterprise resource planning for EmCare Division. Caldwell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Texas A&M University at Commerce. She then attended Amberton University in Dallas, Texas where she earned an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources.
