Raef Sully was appointed President, PCS Nitrogen and PCS Phosphate, in 2016. He had most recently served as President, PCS Nitrogen, a post he’d held since 2014. He was previously Vice President, Project Management and Capital, with responsibility for managing PotashCorp’s capital program and large projects, after originally joining PotashCorp in 2012 to oversee the company’s potash expansion program. Mr. Sully began his career at Hyder Consulting PLC (formerly Acer Wargon Chapman) in Sydney, Australia. As an Associate Director, he was involved for almost five years in engineering design and construction management of tall buildings and large infrastructure projects. From 2001 to 2012, he worked at Bain & Company and was a Principal in their mining and resources practice. Mr. Sully has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in civil engineering and a PhD in structural engineering from the University of Sydney.
