Paul McMullen is the Director of Vital Environment Pty Ltd. Paul has played a key role in the development and implementation of Vital Chemical’s Erosion Control and Soil Stabilisation portfolios. With extensive experience across the civil, resource, construction and agricultural industries throughout Australasia, Paul is responsible for the strategic development of Vital Chemical’s business amongst such sectors.  Paul’s role has focused on providing soil stabilisation, erosion control and revegetation solutions into arenas where innovative change has been required due to traditional methodologies and practice proving inefficient.  Paul has worked more recently onsite throughout the Asia Pacific implementing Vital Chemical’s broad range of rehabilitation services.  By applying Vital Chemical’s technologies to mitigate the environmental impact of civil and resource works, Paul has enabled Vital Chemical to become a leader in the successful rehabilitation of environmentally sensitive sites.  The objective for such programs has been to provide environmentally sound erosion control and soil stabilisation and to re-establish resilient vegetation and encourage the long-term redevelopment of viable, self-sustaining ecosystems. In 2016, Paul established Vital Environment,  a sister company to Vital Chemical. Vital Environment’s focus is to continue to grow the companies environmental products and services of the two companies, whist providing a certified erosion and sediment control training facility in Queensland’s South East region.
