Prior to joining Welsh Carson in 1996, Mr. Queally was a general partner at the Sprout Group, the private equity group of the former Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He is a member of the boards of directors of AGA Medical Corporation, Aptuit, Inc. and several private companies. Mr. Queally’s service on the boards of multiple private and public companies and his extensive experience in corporate transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts and private equity financing, provide the board with an important perspective in making strategic decisions.
