Mr. Neczesny has been a Managing Director at Oberon Securities, LLC, a boutique investment bank, since 2012, where he advises on and executes M&A and financing transactions principally for healthcare companies. Previously, he was Vice President, Corporate Development at Par Pharmaceutical Companies from 2009 to 2011. From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Neczesny was an investment banker at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. in the Healthcare group, where he rose to Managing Director and was involved in numerous M&A and capital markets transactions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology companies. Mr. Neczesny earned an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
