Before this, Mr. Heffernan had held positions as Co-Founder, President, & CEO of Clinical Studies Ltd, and as President & CEO of PhyMatrix Inc. Mr. Heffernan has a BS degree in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut and is a registered pharmacist. Mr. Heffernan is an independent board member.
