Martin Pugh became Vice President Productivity EMEA in January 2016, having spent nearly 20 years in the Univar business, joining Cargo Fleet Chemicals in 1987 which was subsequently acquired by Ellis & Everard. Starting in Technical Sales and Product and Supplier Management and progressing through the business to include roles such as General Management, Marketing Director and Commercial Director, Mr Pugh has an impressive history with Univar. Mr Pugh graduated from the University of Leicester with a BSc. in Mining Geology and spent 4 years working on exploration drilling rigs as a well-site geologist
