Marc Reichardt was born in Barcelona, Spain, on June 8, 1962. He studied technical agricultural engineering in Barcelona, Spain, where he was awarded his Master’s degree in 1985. He joined Bayer in the same year, starting his career as a sales representative at Bayer Hispania S.A., Barcelona, before being appointed Regional Manager for Spain. In 1992 he moved to Warsaw as Country Manager of Bayer Poland.
