A graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting within the Academy of Economic Studies – ASE of Bucharest, the class of 1992. She is a Romanian Chartered Accountant, a Financial Auditor and a Tax Consultant. In 1999, she graduated from the International Business School (Great Britain) – a Diploma in Financing International Business, and, between 1998 and 2000, she attended the “Executive MBA” programme at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in collaboration with the Bristol University. Manuela has over 20 years of experience in Romanian accounting. She was manager of Accounting Expertise and Payroll Department of KPMG Romania from 1996 to 2001. Between 2001 and 2003, Manuela was the Manager of the Accounting Service Department of Gontard SRL.-ex KMPG department.
