Ms. Langness has over twenty-eight (28) years of nurse staffing experience, working with behavioral health and intellectual disability facilities, hospitals, and nursing homes. Her experience in the healthcare field is well rounded due to holding the following titles throughout her nursing career: Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Staff Development Coordinator, Registered Nurse, and Licensed Practical Nurse. Ms. Langness is also a Certified Director of Nursing in Long Term Care, Certified Medicaid Nurse Aide Training Instructor, and a Certified CPR Instructor. Her emphasis in the healthcare industry is working with state operated psychiatric facilities, federally operated healthcare/psychiatric facilities, hospitals, and long term care facilities. She is responsible for the supervision of recruiting and staffing of all Guardian Angel healthcare personnel. Ms. Langness maintains constant contact with each facilities administration, in order to ensure satisfaction with the performance of Guardian Angel Staffing. Through her vast knowledge base, she is able to screen applicants in order to ensure that only the most desirable candidates are utilized at your facility. Ms. Langness is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
