Letiscia Xavier is one of Vital Chemical’s Directors and also the Senior Scientist at Vital Chemical. Letiscia’s role incorporates the research and development of the company’s diverse range of products whilst directing the company’s unique business development and innovative strategies. Letiscia’s background in health and pharmacology has provided Vital Chemical with a responsible and sustainable outlook to industrial chemical formulation and manufacture. Her role in product development has seen the company’s products undertake analytical qualification and scrutiny for efficacy, workplace health and safety and environmental compliance prior to market presentation. Letiscia’s role in the development of the company’s Vital Bon-Matt dust and erosion control products has allowed for a more open and ethical approach to how such products may provide high levels of efficacy and negligible environmental impact. Letiscia is passionate about environmentally responsible chemical innovation and is excited by the ability of such products to benefit the civil and resource industries in reducing environmental impacts.
