Laurent has over 20 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry and investment banking (healthcare). Starting his career in South East Asia in product management, he then spent several years in investment banking at Cowen. In this role, Laurent was in charge of analysing performances of American and European pharmaceutical companies and providing recommendations to institutional investors. Moving back to the pharmaceutical industry, Laurent was appointed Finance Director at AstraZeneca, working closely with regional and country teams to plan and execute growth strategies for the MENA region. He joined Sanofi Middle East & Central Asia as Chief Zone Controller, before setting up an e-commerce site dedicated to personal wearable technologies (applied to health and wellness).
