Professor Kristina Narfström started working in February 2010 at the Blue Stars Animal Hospital to lead the development of eye surgery and take it several steps further. Besides that Kristina Narfström is a veterinarian, specializing in dog and cat and eye lighter, she is a professor at several universities, titled Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Ophtalmology. Kristina has worked for many years in the United States where she studied the most in retina diseases. She has in-depth knowledge of how to electrophysiologically investigate retinal function with ERG. For all clubs, it is an important news that Kristina Narfström is now working in Västra Götaland. When new eye diseases are detected in a breed, she has the skills required to investigate and assess new diseases. She can also be a crucial part if a dog gets different assessments of veterinarians in case of eye illumination. Under Kristina's leadership, Blue Star can also offer the possibility of operation of gray starr in Gothenburg. She is the Professor of Veterinary and Eye Illuminator. She is the Specialist competence in the dog and cat's diseases and completed her Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Ophthalmology (ECVO).
