Mr. Konstantin Poukalov has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Kadmon Holdings, Inc. since 2014. Mr. Poukalov’s experience spans a range of equity, convertible and debt financings in the public and private markets, as well as M&A and advisory assignments for public and private companies. Prior to joining Kadmon, Mr. Poukalov was a member of the healthcare investment banking group at Jefferies LLC. Prior to Jefferies, Mr. Poukalov was a member of the healthcare investment banking group at UBS. Mr. Poukalov received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Stony Brook University.
