Dr. Khosro Khodayari is the founder of SynTech Research and the focus for company strategy, strengthening core competencies and building the company into a global CRO. He has previously worked in academia and the agrochemical industry for 28 years, initially as a researcher at the University of Arkansas and then in ICI/Zeneca where he had a number of different roles, including USA field station manager, global herbicide specialist and global rice crop coordinator.
