Kayode’s first post high school qualification was an HND in Building from the Willesden College of Technology (now North West College). He subsequently bagged a B.Sc in Quantity Surveying from the Liverpool John Moore University. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors UK. His work experience started in 1983 and this has been from several African and UK employers. He is also currently a member of the British Government team for improvement of construction in Nigeria under a World Bank/British Government backed programme.
