Karyn was appointed as Director of Practice Operations in March 2016. Prior to this she was Regional Director at BMI Healthcare who are the largest Private Healthcare provider in the UK. Karyn was employed by BMI Healthcare from 2008 to 2016, during this time she was responsible for overseeing 15 acute hospitals with an annual turnover of £220m turnover and previously Executive Director for two hospitals, one of which was awarded Hospital of the Year for it commercial and clinical delivery. Karyn has also worked within the leisure industry for both Whitbread and Bourne Leisure and has over 20 years’ experience within a leadership role. Married with two children she relaxes in her spare time by spending time with her family which also includes four much loved dogs, Harvey, Robbie, Alfie and the newest addition Miss Tilly her cherished Chihuahua
